Dynamite Networking was born out of the idea that Business Networking is very blah for the most part and was in need for innovation for a very long time. Inspired by the words of Gandhi, our Founder Rajiv Jadhav set out to be the change he wanted to see in the world of business networking by developing a new experience that is built on the foundation of igniting Authentic Human Connection with a focus on Business Networking, Personal Development & Problem-Solving.
Rajiv Jadhav is a product of coaching and mentoring which is why he believes in its power to Change Thinking and Change Lives. It is for this reason that Dynamite Networking Group creates a Safe Space to connect Meaningfully with other like-minded professionals.
Rajiv was recently invited to deliver a keynote address at the United Nations on the Role of Coaching and Technology to solve homelessness on Valentine’s Day, Feb 14, 2020 – which inspired the delegates from the Government of Malawi to request Rajiv’s assistance with helping them solve Child Homelessness in Malawi.
Humbled by this huge honor, Rajiv boldly setup a Non-Profit – Bright Now Inc. [ https://YourFutureIsBright.org] amidst the Global Pandemic. Bright Now focuses on helping Youth/Young Adults embrace the concept of Dreaming, so they can See Beyond their circumstance and Visualize Everything they can become. Bright Now also coaches the founders of Non-Profits/Startups with Business Planning, Fund Raising, Donor Management, raising efficiency, and reducing wastage.
